About Us

At Lotus River Studio, we offer a variety of classes honoring the different lineages and yogic traditions, as well as our diverse clientele. Whether it's the deliberate movement and static postures of Hatha yoga, the breath-coordinated flows of Vinyasa yoga, or the cleansing and relaxing practices of Restorative and Yin yoga, we offer a physical practice for anyone wishing to turn inward and align the body and mind. 


Each class includes a combination of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation designed to help you go deeper into your yourself and connect with that inner silence and stillness.
